Baking the Guinness World Record Again?
Trinity has been at it for the last 16 years – producing hospitality, bakery & food events in India and foreign countries. 2017 proved to be historic with Trinity, leading the chefs to create an almost 300 Kg fish patty/fritter (cutlet), about 4 feet in diameter and 1 feet in height to be honoured by the Guinness World Record authorities. At the 15th edition of our mega annual trade fair in 2018, Trinity attempted the World’s Largest Chocolate Mud Pie (brownie/cake), which weighed 1345 Kgs and 6 feet in diameter which is also a Guinness World Record now! In 2019, Trinity attempted a hat-trick at the Guinness World Records by creating the World’s Largest Bread Pudding which weighed 1424 kgs.
